In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the ammo88 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and ammo88 with respect to your use of the Services. They supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before your first withdrawal — and at any time at our reasonable request — you must successfully complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity: A clear, colour copy of your Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), valid Indonesian passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

ammo88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• ammo88 suspects fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• The member fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ammo88.
• The member requests voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination for cause (including breach of Terms), any remaining balance — including real-money deposits and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, deposited real-money funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 10 business days of the account closure determination.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules, and any resulting balance will be paid out subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.
